Note that I do not accept insurance, however, you may be able to seek reimbursement for my services as an out-of-network provider.  I will gladly provide you with a receipt and the proper billing codes to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.  I cannot guarantee you will be reimbursed for my services, this really depends on your individual plan.
